What information is not included in Credit Score

We have already listed down the items included in the credit report that are used for evaluating your credit score. Now we round up on the information that is not included in evaluating your credit score:

  • Checking or savings accounts
  • Bankruptcies that are more than 10 years old
  • Charged-off debts or debts placed for collections that are more than seven years old
  • Gender
  • Ethnicity
  • Religion
  • Political affiliation
  • Medical history
  • Criminal records
Another interesting fact to remember is that although your credit score is generated by the information available in your credit report, your credit score is not part of your credit report itself.
